As we have already informed you, during the operaiton of our contract broker company (BT Prime Ltd.) some problems occured – independently from us. Regarding the BT Prime Ltd. there is an ongoing liquidation proceedings in the United States before the Bankruptcy Court District of Massachusetts Eastern Devision, in which our company also participates and of course represents your interests.
